A Video based virtual tour lets visitors take a guided tour through the home without having to interact in any way. They simply watch the video while the music plays and gain an understanding as to the flow of the home, how it connects together.
We start the tour with view of the front exterior of the home, or the building the home is in, then move from room to room before finishing at the primary bedroom. If aerial photos are part of the work order we start and end with aerial photos.
We started producing Walkthrough Movies back when online video was new and quite difficult to deliver efficiently due to the low bandwidth connections to the internet most people had at the time. But now we are able to deliver extremely high quality video across platforms and devices.
Although video based virtual tours, along with still photographs, are often more than enough to get people through the door a new technology called Matterport takes everything to a whole new level. Not only does the viewer get to view the home however they like a Matterport 3D tour is created using scanning technology that can also produce a floorplan that can be helpful to a prospective buyer in any number of ways.
