Walkthrough Media Photo and Video Services Terms and Conditions.

Retaining Our Services: The Client shall retain the services of the Walkthrough Media photographer via the online order form at walkthroughmedia.com to perform the services specified in the submitted order form.

Cancellation: If the Client cancels the appointment less than one (1) calendar day before the appointment and the Photographer is NOT able to secure another appointment the Client may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee based on the circumstances of the cancellation.

Photographic Materials and Copyright: All photographic materials shall be the exclusive property of Walkthrough Media. The Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created and may use the work for samples, contests, exhibition, advertising and self-promotion. Usage outside the bounds of this agreement will require the Client’s consent.

Client’s Usage: The Client is obtaining photos and video for marketing use only, including the marketing of their own services, and any photos and video provided by Walkthrough Media can only be used for those purposes.

Third Party Usage: If a third party such as a magazine wants to publish the photos as part of the Clients marketing campaign they should add the following text:

Social Media: This clause applies to all social media, including Facebook and blogs. When published online it is required that citation of photographer (see above) be made. The client agrees that they will under no circumstances alter any photographs that are placed in public on the internet.

High-Resolution: In the event that very high resolution versions of photos are required, for use on a billboard or high quality glossy magazine, the photographer shall be notified at the appointment and may require extra time to deliver the additional assets.

Delivery: All assets are delivered same day via email. In the event that delivery within this time frame is not possible the Photographer will contact with Client with a revised delivery schedule before the original delivery time.
