Why Can't I See the Movie?

There may be any number of reasons why you can't see the movie, all of which are known issues and each with an easy fix.

Here are some possible reasons with solutions:

Problem - Nothing happens!

Reason - You don't have any player software installed, or you need to update your existing player software.

Problem - The movie plays but the picture quality is garbled and messed up.

Reason - You may have been running another application at the same time as trying to view the video. This can cause your video player software to corrupt the video and produce undesirable artifacts in the video.

Solution - Quit all open and running applications, including your web browser, and try the link again.

Problem: It's playing the old version of the video.

Reason: Your computer is storing the old version.

Solution: You need to empty the cache.

Method: Try holding CTRL while clicking 'refresh' (if you use FireFox, hold SHIFT instead), that should fix the problem.
