One of the most exciting new real estate marketing tools since the introduction of video based virtual tours in the late 90's is the 3D tour, more commonly known as a Matterport. Their technology uses lidar, a form of radar, to create a 3D map of your listing that prospective buyers can take a virtual walk around in.
The scanning technology also generates a Floor Plan which is almost a useful as the 3D tour because it allows a buyer, or renter, to check whether or not their furniture will fit into the new spaces.
